I have reviewed the attached photograph and it doesn't look anything dangerous.
It seems to be either eczematous rash or resolving insect bite reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve it.
