Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
Subdural hematoma is acumulated blood in our head and it is an emergency.
Since a horse has biten you in your forearm than i assume that you don't have a subdural hematoma.
It is normal to have entire forearm bruizing after a trauma. The lump that you describe,if it is a hematoma,ut need to be treated with medication.
If the lump was there before the trauma,than it might be a lipoma (fat acumulation)
I suggest you visit the emergency room because we have no idea what kind of damage is done due to the horse bite. Deep in the muscles there are important veins and arteries and you need to check their integrity and the flow.
