Brief Answer:
It could be related to Hernia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, the symptoms could be due to Hernia.Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Sometimes, the bowel gets partially obstructed in the Hernial sac leading to bloating, nausea etc.If the obstruction is prolonged, then there will be vomiting, constipation.
As any Hernia has no medical management, Surgery has to be done.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Plan surgery for Ventral hernia before any major complications like Obstruction or Gangrene of the bowel due to Strangulation. Outcome will be good.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
