Hi,
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic,
According to your complaints it could be molluscum contagiosum or wart.
Both are viral infection.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly. You can simply upload them at the reports section.
Awaiting....

I have added photo to reports. Thanks
Hello - dis you receive my image? This shows the area I am concerned about. I have stretched the skin very slightly so you can see the make-up of the spot or area. what do you think it is, anything to be concerned about and how should I look after/treat it?
Thanks
Do I need to pay again to get a response?

Brief Answer:
Looks like eczematous patch, apply cortisone cream
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delayed response.
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is not looking like anything serious.
It looks like some nonspecific eczematous patch.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve it.
Besides this wear cotton underwear and avoid using soap on the affected area.

Great - thank you. I do suffer from skin irritations from time to time. But not usually in this spot. Thanks your time.
