Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for asking HealthCareMagic.
I have gone through your question.
A scratchy burning white head indicate an infection in your eyelide. This happens when a glands of the eyelid are blocked and in result the bacteria accumulate and cause infection( stye).
Since I can not see your eye :
If the white head is on the tearduct, could be sign of a blocked tearduct .When the tearduct is blocked the bacteria accumulate and cause infection ,in this case you would have other symptons : fever , excessive tearing, discharge from the eye, pain and swelling of the lower eyelid.
I would recommend to :-
-Keep your eye clean,
-Don't try to squeeze the white head,
-Use warm compreses, put it on the area for 5minutes.
-If you use lenses ,try to avoid until it gets better.
-Try not to scratch it, will make it worse.
-You can take pain killers (Ibuprofen) if you have pain in your eylide..
The lesion Will go away by itself in a few days.
If you have trouble seeing, pain in your eye, the bump gets bigger , the eyelide is red and swells, if you have any other symptoms of a blocked tearduct (fever, discharge, excessive tearing,) you need to go to an eye doctor , he/she will examine your eyes and give antibiotics. ..
Hope you find the answer helpful.
Let me know if you have any other questions, i will be happy to help.
Take Care!
Dr Balliu.
