How Can Dislocated Ribs Be Treated?
Question: I dislocated a rib or ribs while bending over to dislodge a bottle behind a bottom drawer. I felt something give and excrutiating pain across my cest. X-rays revealed no broken or fractures. Dr said apply heat but no help. Anything else I can do?

physiotherapy under supervision of your doctor/physiotherapist
- Pain medication:
Tablet Paracetamol 650mg three times a day after mealfor next 3-4 days
Tablet RANITIDINE two times a day before food
- Continue to apply warm pad application
