Regarding your concern and considering your age i would explain that a high blood pressure value where anti-hypertensive treatment should be considered is a systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg.
Not rarely also a systolic blood pressure of 140 - 159 mmHg may be treated id the therapy is well tolerated.
From the other side, a systolic blood pressure of less than 100 mmHg should be avoided. It may not be well tolerated at your age.
In order to provide a more realistic conclusion on your blood pressure values trends it is necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure values for a couple of days up to a week (several times daily) and then let them review by your attending doctor.

My blood pressure is 29/70 I am taking 40mg of pravastatin and I think it is 20 mg of atenolol. I have lost about 45lb in a year and a half and would like to take less of the medication now. Would it be beneficial for me to lower the dosage and eventually stop taking the medication. I am now 130 lb at 5'2.

I meant that my blood pressure is 129/70. Should I take medication to lower it or should I gradually take less of the medication?

So, I would recommend you to check your cholesterol levels (considering the fact that you have lost a lot of pounds lately). If your cholesterol levels are low, you should discuss with your doctor on the possibility of lowering pravastatin dose, or even stopping it.
Regarding your blood pressure values, I should say that they are within the normal ranges. But you are taking a really low dose of atenolol. Besides atenolol acts mainly on your heart rate and does not have a visible effect on your blood pressure values.
