The black spots are not pigments they are little bumps due to ingrown hairs or curled up hairs inside the skin. Do you still feel i should use ointment advised for pigmentation....
Brief Answer:
Remedy for keratosis pilaris
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
They seem to be Keratosis pilaris. In this case you may use Brexoxyl 4% cream. Use it twice daily on arms and legs. It contains benzoyl peroxide and it would dry up raised bumps as well as help exfoliate the keratin plug with entrapped hair.
