Brief Answer:
An oral antihistamine, cetrizine
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would keep a possibility of Urticaria.
I suggest you to take a tablet of Cetrizine 10mg, twice daily for a few days. Cetrizine is available over the counter.
Benadryl is shorter acting (4-6 hours) whereas cetrizine acts for 12-24 hours. So cetrizine would serve you much better.
Topically you may apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion.
