How Can Itchy Red Hives Throughout The Body Be Treated?

Question: Severe itching and very small red hives all over body, heat seems to be an irritant. Condition has progressed from day one, it is now day 7 with no signs of progress. No diagnosis, doctor did not come near me, nor did she even look at my skin. Yet she prescribed me prednisone, on what basis i was not informed. Calamine lotion has had no effect, nor has hydrocortisone, cold compress only alleviates symptoms on direct contact, and have no lasting effect.

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
I suggest you to take tablet Cetrizine 10mg once daily in evening and tablet Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) once daily in morning.
You may continue with calamine lotion. Prednisolone may be stopped.
