Brief Answer:
yes laser therapy is there

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

For darken or black lips there is laser therapy available which makes the lips back to normal colour.

For this you need to consult a cosmetic dermatologist. It takes 2 to 3 settings or may be more and a roughly gap of 6 weeks between each setting.

This will be decided by your dermatologist after examining the level of damage to lips.

Meanwhile you need to quit smoking completely.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help .
