Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You must use sunscreen regularly. Apply Sunprotect SPF 26 Sunscreen lotion on sunexposed areas at 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM. You can use depigmenting agent such as Melavoid cream on dark skin at night.
Laser therapy is usually not preferred for extensive areas of hyperpigmentation
If you have any problem, do not hesitate to consult Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
