Minor surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HealthcareMagic.
Surgery for men's breast can be done by any surgeon, preferably plastic surgeon. It is a minor surgery and you will get discharged the same day. But you will need to take precaution until the healing occurs i.e around 3-4 weeks. The precautions will mostly involve keeping the wound clean and dry so that it heals properly.
For this surgery you can visit any reputed corporate hospital in your area.

Brief Answer:
Will not recommend movement of upper body
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
You can go to office, but you will need to avoid any movement of upper body as it can stretch the stitches and can be painful for you. So lifting weights wont be recommended. However you can take someones assistance for carrying bag and going to office. These movements must be avoided for atleast one week after surgery.
