Question: My son has been taking Benedryl for allergies, along with Ibuprofen, and he takes Paxil.
He seems very groggy and slow.

Benedryl can cause the side effects of sedation , sleepiness, dizziness and disturbed coordination.
while Paxil can also cause the side effects of dizziness and drowsiness .
while on these medications it is advices to avoid driving or any activity that needs alertness and concentration
