My wife is 21 weeks pregnant , and I have contracted a Seasonal Infection with throat pain runny nose this week.
What sort of preventions i should take so that i dont pass this on to her ?
And is any sort of Viral Infection dangerous during pregnancy ?

You should not worry for the infection you have because at 21 weeks of pregnancy organs of your baby are formatted totaly and there is no danger.
But you should try to stay hydrated and take painkillers such as ibuprofen and paracetamol.
