You have single vessel coronary artery disease as stenosis is greater than 75%.
Single vessel coronary artery disease is less severe than other types of coronary artery disease. It is commonly found among young adults.
It is important to know ejection fraction(EF).Generally EF is better in single vessel disease and it is the most important factor to guide proper management and survival rate.
These patients often have atypical and stable chest pain and severity is less.
Survival rate of the patients with single vessel disease treated surgically and managed non-surgically are same. So,you are rightly advised for medical management only.
Stenosis develops due to atherosclerosis in vessels,so you need to screen for Diabetes mellitus,Hypertension and Lipid profile. If these are deranged then it should be corrected.
You may need to take anti angina drugs,so you can consult your cardiologist.
You also need life style modification and diet changes.
You should reduce your weight also if you are overweight.
