How Do You Treat Degenerative Joint Disorder Of The Spine?
Question: How do you treat degenerative joint disorder (disease) Spine?
Brief Answer:
Hello. I can understand your concern here
Detailed Answer:
DJD alone can cause some stiffness of the spine and limit the range of motion, but, in general, it doesn't cause significant pain.
If you haven't had an MRI of your spine you need that to look for disc problems.
I would first refer you to a physiatrist--a physical medicine and rehabilitation MD specialist--for a customized treatment program that can be very effective for your problem. If that isn't helpful, you may need surgery
Let me know if you need more information please

I sent copy of reports of MRI and X-ray. Did you get it?
Brief Answer:
Yes I jut did
Detailed Answer:
You definitely have bulging discs that compress nerve roots.
You still need to see the physiatrist first and get conservative treatment which should help.
Only after that, if it's not effective, would I have you see a spine surgeon
