Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Prostatitis with Sinusitis.and taking combination of Amoxicillin and Clavubactum.
The antibiotic that you are taking is commonly prescribed in soft tissue infection and upper respiratory tract infection and very difficult to predict its efficacy to work in prostatitis.
In view of long duration of treatment required to cure Prostatitis it is always better to take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

1) Have you done swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after doing prostate massage.
2) Have you done semen examination and culture .
Both these tests help us to detect the organisms causing infection (Prostatitis) and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.so that you can take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and to get urethral discharge for culture test.
In the mean while you can continue taking the drug till you get culture report.
