Hi,
Thanks for posting this query.
You seem to suffer from tachycardia or a rapid heart rate. There are several causes of the rapid heart rate. However, anxiety and stress of any sort is the commonest cause.
Tachycardia at rest can be found in anxiety, stress, nervousness, panic attack, after a large meal, exercise, high or low BP, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (abnormal rhythm of the heart), heart disorders, hyperthyroidism and anemia.
Hence, I'll suggest the following tests to be done to find out the underlying cause of the rapid heart rate. A complete hemogram to especially to know the hemoglobin (anemia) as a low hemoglobin can produce a fast heart rate.
A thyroid profile should also be done as increased functioning of the thyroid can produce rapid heart rate. A 24 hour continuous ECG monitoring (Holter monitoring) should also be done. This helps in finding any rhythm abnormalities of the heart being the culprit in causing the rapid heart rate.
Your blood pressure is perfectly fine and so is the ECG. The left axis deviation in the ECG is a very common finding among the general population and is nothing to be concerned of. The various measurements of the ECG which you've mentioned also seem fine.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
