Brief Answer:
Thyroid hormone resistance

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your concern.
Thyroid horomone resistance is a rare disease and can be confused with central hyperthyroidism. No treatment is required outside the pregnancy settings.
Patients with symptoms of thyrotoxicosis, especially palpitations and tremor, respond to beta blockers. Another treatment, triiodothyroacetic acid, has limited role but is not available in XXXXXXX
