Brief Answer:
No such restrictions. Waiting 2 weeks would be ideal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
There are no such restrictions on flying after an Appendectomy. However, it would be better to wait for 2 weeks before undertaking a flight specially a long one. The wound should preferably have healed before the travel and the chances of Deep Vein Thrombosis will also be low after two weeks or so. If you need to travel earlier, you should continue to walk around in the flight every hour or so to maintain the blood circulation in your legs.
Otherwise there should not be any problem related to the Surgery, especially if it was done Laparoscopically.
Do let me know if there are other concerns.
Take care.
