Question: My mother had an brain stroke on 11th may 2016, and right side paralysed,now she is little bit ok,but how many days are require to be cure?Her age is 68,is she can walk after 6 months?she has a problem with solowin too,our physiotherapist says she can walk after sep''2016 ,is it possible sir?which exercise is best for sollowin?she is taking drug like Levipil,cordarone x,metlor xr-50 for hypertension,ecosprin 150,admenta-5,is there any further requirement of drug?can you suggest any drug?Need your suggetion.

In a case of stroke,what is beyond confusion, is that time limit is not defined for cure or improvement.Improvement may take from months to an year.
Regular physiotherapy and speech therapy is vital.No specific exercises for swallowing.

Regarding medicines,I would be able to comment well after looking at her brain MRI/CT report.Please upload the same.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with CT/MRI report.
