Brief Answer:
18 hours to 5 days after last dose

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The half life of a drug is the time it takes for the amount of drug in the body to decrease by half.

It takes 3 to 5 half lives for most of a drug to be completely eliminated from the body.

The half life of amitriptyline is 9 to 25 hours. This means that it can take between 18 hours to just over 5 days , in some cases, for the drug to be completely eliminated after the last dose.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
