Brief Answer:
Full and healthy life is ahead.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
With all the ailments treated, one will have a full and healthy life.
Only thing that he/she will have to take medicines, but who does not?
Today every second person is suffering from some or other major ailment and has to to be on medication.
In my clinic I have seen people as old as 80years of age , visiting ,telling tales about their bypass some 25-30 years back, when cardiac surgery, post operative care and medications were not so developed as they are now.
That is very reassuring even to us, that medical science is doing well.
So please do not bring even a thought of failure of any thing, when we are so far, and so good.
My suggestion is very simple to any body with all those ailment would be--
DO AS DIRECTED BY YOUR DOCTOR. and you will have a healthy life.
Hope this answers your query, if anything else you are most welcome, or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good Luck.
