How Long Does A Swelling On Thigh Take To Get Cured?

Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Generally 10 days after injury swelling should be almost gone. If its not, most likely there is something else than just soft tissues swelling. Please note that injury in this area can cause veins thrombosis and hematoma (blood accumulation in the soft tissues). Both can give similar symptoms including swelling, hardness, redness, pain, bump.
That is why I suggest you to do not wait with it. Please consult general surgeon. Soft tissues ultrasound and Dopplers veins ultrasound should be done.
Possible hematoma needs to be incised and drained. Veins thrombosis needs to be treated with heparin injections.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Can you please attach a photo of your leg?
If your calf is hard and painful especially while walking, leg is warmer than the other one, you should interrupt your vacation for sure. Veins thrombosis ( inner thight is where main superficial vein is located) is a serious condition and can be life threatening.

Detailed Answer:
It does not look that bad. It seems that it is just a bruise. If the calf is soft and painless, injury area is also soft when touching it, you may wait with it and continue your vacation. Bruises can be present even for few weeks.
