Question: I had 7 x rays 4 upper back and 3 in the lower neck area, how long does the affect of radiation last in the body?

Radiation due to 7 x rays,4 upper back and 3 in the lower neck area is below the maximum allowable dose of radiation,so it is not expected to cause any symptoms.

If there is excess exposure to radiation then it is called as acute radiation syndrome.Patient have nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,abdominal pain,headache etc.Patient also have decreased blood count.
I presume that you don't have any symptoms related to this.

Don't worry about radiation hazard.It is not relevant in your case.
Amount of radiation received due to back X-ray is 1 mSV(total is 4 mSV for 4 X-rays) and amount of radiation received due to neck x-ray is 0.2 mSV(total is 0.6 mSV for 3 X-rays).

Up to 50 rads can be safely delivered to any adult person without any hazard.
So,you are safe.Amount of radiation that you have received will not any damage and there is no extra measures needed to flush it out.
