How Much Calcium Supplement Can Be Taken?

Question: Hi doctor, I am a sleep apnea patient. I am 57 years old. My weight is 65 kg and height is 1.62 m. I am presently taking Calcium Carbonate 450 mg plus vitamin D 200 iu (consist of 1 tablet). Can I take a higher dosage of Caltrate 600 plus? This supplement consists of 600 mg of elemental calcium, 400 iu of vitamin D3, 50 mg of magnesium, 7.5 mg of zinc, 0.5mg of copper and 1.8mg og manganese. I am also taking low fat fresh milk ( about 1 cup daily). Do you think I am taking high consumption of calcium?
