Brief Answer:
Take 100 mg one hour before planned sex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

based on your query It seems that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and have tried Sildenafil but could not get desired response .

Normal dose of Sildenafil is 50-100 mg one hour before planned sexual activities .

Alternately you can take Cialis 5 mg every day and 20 mg on the day of planned sexual activities .This works better than Sildenafil.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
