Question: Hi I did my embryo transfer 6 days ago that's my second transfer,but yesterday my breast start feeling tender I'm on progynova 2 mg 4 tablets a day and oripro 200 mg twice a day I suppose to get my period on the 10 th

1) Breast tenderness is due to progesterone hormone ( Oripro 200 mg) you are taking. These hormones will cause breast swelling as well as tenderness.

2) These hormones are good for implantation and pregnancy. There is no problem with minor tenderness.

3) Continue the medicines and do serum beta hCG blood test after 15 days of embryo transfer to check pregnancy positive.

Thanks for replying back to me also the doctor prescribed for me panafcortelone 5 days before the embryo transfer 2 tablets in the morning ,do you think this tablet will help as well
