Hello

I understand you are seeking options regarding infertility secondary to TB.

Please send me details about how TB was diagnosed in beginning.

Have you received any treatment other than you have mentioned.

What medicines were given to improve endometrium. What was maximum endometrial thickness achieved ?

Were there any intrauterine adhesions ?

Please scan and attach hysteroscopy report with pictures, if possible.

Brief Answer:
No need of second hysteroscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I dont think you need second hysteroscopy. Since there is problem in endometrial growth you need to take medicines to improve endometrial growth.

Please see an IVF centre which will be expert and capable in treating such cases and improve endometrium with more advanced drugs.

If endometrium is not recovering even after AKT drugs are taken, you need drugs which are capable of improving endometrium.

Please start treatment under an IVF centre.

Let me know where you live and which are nearest bigger cities so that I can send you to a best centre.

Brief Answer:
Further evaluation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There are chances of TB being there as your endometrium is not growing.

Hysteroscopy is not a treatment option in your case unless adhesions were seen.

Please see Dr. XXXXXXX Banker in XXXXXXX IVI hospital at XXXXXXX XXXXXXX who is good in evaluating such cases.
