How To Align Tibia And Fibula Bones Back After An Injury?

surgery done by External Fixator on the same day.
Both the bones (Tibia & fibula) are not looks like set perfectly after surgery, please suggest what can be done. He is a Taekwondo (karate) player. Now my worry is to bring back his leg to good condition, so that he can be back in Taekwondo.
He is getting right treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the images and X-rays attached.
There seems to be no external injury to the leg. If there is no external wound on the leg then there is no need to worry. The alignment of both the bones is satisfactory.
This should heal properly within 6 weeks. After the external fixator is removed and the bones show healing radiologically he will be able to walk normally and do all the Taekwondo activities after proper physiotherapy for a few weeks.
Just be careful to avoid any kind of infections near the pins that have been inserted. Go for a regular follow up.
I hope this answers your query.
