Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Please consult a orthopedician in your area, get your X-ray done, apply ice pack, apply Diclofenac gel and take over the counter painkillers.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
