How To Ascertain One's Blood Group While Having The SS Sickle Cell Genotype?

Question: hello Doc.
i am XXXXXXX Sickel Cell and from what i understand, XXXXXXX is genotype. i first thought it was a blood group but just i realised XXXXXXX is not part of the 4 blood groups. so what is my Blood group then ? thank you

The Rh factor can be positive or negative.
