How To Check For Success Of Abortion?

Question: Had 1 tab mifepristone and after 36 he's took 4 tab of misoprost started bleeding within he's but it lasted only for 5-6 hrs. After that only mild staining. Is my abortion complete or not. I was 5 weeks pregnant as per my ultrasound. Should I go for pregnancy test again please help

1) You abortion is likely to be complete.

2) If there are no more bouts of heavy bleeding wait for a week for bleeding to stop.

3) If bleeding doesnot stop by one week, go to get ultrasound scan for confirming completion of abortion.

My premier concern is that 5to 6 hrs of bleeding did not show any clots. So I am worried kindly clarify for this

Clots are not necessary. Such early pregnancy need not come out as clots. Nothing to worry. It appears complete abortion
