Brief Answer:
This is indicative of gender dysphoria
Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
I have gone through the additional details and primarily it appears that you are having gender dysphoria otherwise known as gender identity disorder.
There are two options.
First if you want to be part of the boys it can be treated with psychotherapy. I must acknowledge that the process is long but with consistent efforts a signoificant improvement can be made.
The second option is gender surgery. The option is applicable if you are comfortable with female identity and want to be part of female group. The survey gives you confidence and adjustment with your new identity. Psychotherapy is also a option for inclusion in female category.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Regarding the complications you may encounter legal charges from girls stating that you are too clingy or likewise. In addition you will not be able to have sexual relationship with opposite sex although sexual relationship with same sex can be established and most probably you will be able to enjoy. In addition you may find it difficult to engage in social relationship in current manner as with advancement of age you will probably need more support.
Suppressing these thoughts with professional support may cause anxiety and ultimately depression, poor confidence, amotivation among others. Suppression is never a great idea although society may demoralise you to make suppression of these thoughts.
