Question: Hi doc,

i am a guy and i have intense girlish feeling from past 10,years. Also i am ovwr emotional and suffer from anxiety. Vaicocele is also der. Whenever i think i am.a grl and have thinking related to it, minor sperm leaks out. also i feel.it pains sometimes above testis area because.there is.no erection sometimes during my girlish feelings.please guide me whatt to.do. is ot like the sperm is setng stuck if i don feel removin. Shld i go for hrt?

Do you feel that you are actually a girl but wrongly fitted in a boy's body? You said you feel arousal when you think of the girlish feelings? Do you have male or female friends? can you mix up freely with boys or hesitate? Do you feel disgusted with your genitalia?

Hi doc,

i get sexually attracted towards males. But more than bein sexual, i like cross dressing, And being girlish wearing gals underarments and feel like goin out dressing like a gal and mingling with gals more. But i only manstrubate thinking of males. Sperm release is normal but only thinking of males erextion happens. I dont have much male frenz, many female friends but not for attracted sexually. I fear being wid males a bit. I hesistate mixing up wid dem..my niples r sensitive and i get erection through even nipples. yes i am consulting a psychaitrist. But as this is bit medical issue. But whenever have sexual thinking like a girl, my penis does not erecr much and , i feel painful on my abdominal area and it gets harder. What can be thw reason?
