How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?

Question: Hi.
I had an early scan on 28th XXXXXXX which said I was 5w3d pregnant. This leads back to 21 December 2015 and gave me an EDD of 26th September 2016 (40 weeks). The scan showed a 1.7mm pole and a yolk sac but no heartbeat yet.
The problem is that I only had sex on 28 November 2015 and 31 December 2015. I did not have a period between the two but I believe that is because I recently stopped taking the pill and missed a couple of periods.
PLEASE help me to determine which sexual encounter lead to my pregnancy. According to the first scan right now I am 7 weeks.

If you were 5 weeks 3 days on 28th January it means that you ovulated around 31st December. Therefore in all probability sexual encounter on 31December has led to this pregnancy.

If this pregnancy was from November 28 act you would now be around 12 weeks.
Get an ultrasound done now to confirm fetal heartbeat.
