General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you have a history of irregular periods, and delayed cycle, the gestational age from LMP and ultrasound is not expected to match. In the case of irregular cycles, the exact time of ovulation and conception cannot be estimated from LMP. There is nothing to be worried about.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
