Hi Ms XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting the query regarding your husband. I have gone trough the link on medhelp.org in detail to undetrstand his symptoms.
Based on that, a diagnosis of epilepsy should be considered.
I agree that it is difficult to make a confirmed diagnosis of epilepsy, as it relies more on patient's symptoms and there are no tests that give 100% accuracy in confirming the diagnosis. For example, MRI brain and EEG report may be normal.
In these situations, two options are there:
1. Advanced testing such as PET (positron emission tomography) of brain or long-term video EEG monitoring,
2. Empirical treatment with anti-epileptic drugs.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

yes. neuro found all well with him and asked to check with psychiatrist and psychiatrist is not very confident but asked to take anxiety medicine that mu husband doesnt want to take
Brief Answer:
Anti-anxiety medicines may help.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Brain and mind are closely linked. Sometimes, symptoms of both can overlap too. Also, several medicines work for neuro as well as psychiatry conditions.
I feel he could try anti-anxiety medications for a few weeks, it would not cause any side effects. Any benefit can be seen during that period.
Best wishes,
