Question: Hi Doctor,
I'm 23 years of age height 180cm weight 58, I'm very slim i need to gain weight as soon as possible, please suggest any capsules or an protein product to gain weight.

Hi I understand your concern


I advise you the following for a good rapid weight gain:

1.Egg white from two eggs is add on dish for breakfast

2.50g oatmeal taken in milk at bedtime

3.50-100g of fruits twice daily

4.Total intake of calories 2500-3000 kcal per day

5.carbohydrate intake 65% of the diet

6.Protein intake 25% of the diet

7.Foods particularly Mushrooms,Asparagus,Fish,cashew and almond are very helpful.

8.Micronutrients in the form of Beta Carnitine,Alpha lipoic acid and soya isoflavones in the form of tablets for 90 days will help in increasing muscle mass.

9.Regular physical exercise for 5 days a week.

These drugs have side effects.

HI.

Yes certain drugs do help to promote weight gain.ex steroids

But they pose a lot of health risks.Hence i do not recommend them.

Natural ways to boost weight is all that advisable.
