A flat stomach takes core strengthening exercises. That's the best way to strengthen the muscles that layer around your stomach and intestines (your belly) and thats the most long term and safest way to trim the area. That along with a healthy diet with a healthy amount of Calcium intake will be your best bet. You can talk to our dieticians if you want to look for healthier foods to eat for trimming your tummy. Now, the 30 day thing. That's a pretty short amount of time to expect ANY major changes from Exercise and Diet your way to a trim tummy. If you really absolutely MUST do this within 30 days.. The only realistic option I can see in that case is cosmetic surgery like liposuction. THAT's NOT a good way to deal with this. The fat will just show up again after a few months and be even tougher to lose in the future. Again.
