The ejection fraction of the heart improves only when the heart improves its functioning without having any defects in it. Besides the drugs the enhance cardiac activity like beta stimulants, the physical activity have shown an intense role in increasing the cardiac function and subsequently the ejection fraction. Studies have shown that regular physical activity helps the development of collateral in heart and also releases natural epinephrine and norepinerine which increases cardiac activity
