How To Increase Breast Milk Secretion?
Question: Hai I delivered my first child on 2nd march 2015 I tried my level best breast feed my milk was low since my daughter was very hungry I had to breast and bottle feed her i had even expressed and fed her but now my periods resumed what to do will it hamper my milk supply how do I increase my milk supply one of my breasts have flat nipples too please help I am tensed if I continued breast feeding will my periods stop

It is common to have this problem in first child.
To increase milk secretion you need to latch your baby to breast time and again.
Take tablet perinorm 10 mg twice a day for 10 days and see for milk secretion.
Also try a simple exercise of rolling your nipples in pill rolling fashion between your index finger and thumb daily for about 15-20 times and always before starting feeding.
This exercise will help in evertion of nipples and facilitate breast feeding.
