Brief Answer:
NO medications only diet and exercise .

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Your Triglycerides is slightly elevated but it doesn't require any Cholesterol lowering medications unless you are Diabetic or having Heart problems.

I advise you to start doing Aerobic exercises like Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Swimming at least 30 minutes a day .

Also eat low cholesterol foot . Avoid Sweet , Carbonated beverages , Meat, Cheese , Butter , .. Eat more of Vegetables and fruits and drink plenty of water.

Repeat your Lipid profile after 6 months .

As of your Bilirubin is concerned it's almost near normal . Also your Liver enzymes are near normal only . It might be due to a viral infection or some alcohol intake. There is no need for any medicines for that too .

I hope this answers your query .

Any clarifications or Queries feel free to ask.
Happy to help you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
No problem in taking

Detailed Answer:
HI

See the basic principle is to keep the cholesterol value in normal limits for life long not just for few months . Femolin medication will take at least 2-3 weeks to start showing its action . So in case it has to bring down your levels to normal then you need to take for at least 4-6 months , which I don't think is needed .

Also once cholesterol lowering medicine is started , the motivation to do strict diet and exercise goes off. You may end up not doing adequate exercise or diet and taking medications life long .

There is no problem taking Udiliv, but again not required .
