Question: I am alergic to pollutants and this is happening since last 6 months. One of the physician recommended Montair LC. With this drug my alergy is in control however it hits back if I try to leave this drug. Please help. I am consuming this drug since last 1 month.

Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So you should wear mask while driving or moving on roads to prevent pollutants allergens.
Montair LC is having montelukast (anti allergic) and levocetrizine (antihistamine).
It is drug of choice for allergic inflammation.
And no harm in taking it for long periods. Ideally this tablet should be taken for at least 6-8 months.
