its no such abnormality doctor its just hard fat around my stomach. its hard to burn the hard fat.

Thank you for clarifying that..

IF is fat then yes Liposuction would be answer if you are open to any surgical interventions.

Liposuction is done using small 1cm cuts in different parts to suck out the resistant fat pockets to give you a more uniform look.

Healing time is a few weeks for everything to settle down and you need to wear a pressure garment under your clothes for a few weeks.
