How To Reduce Scars On Face?
Question: Hi doctor, my brother had met with an accident one yar back ... He got injuries on his forehead, nose and Lowe lip... After treatment his wounds healed but the scars (dark and little deep) is on his face ... When asked doctor they said it will go off after few years... What I want is to remove those marks as early as possible because it's not looking good ...
Doctor , please advice me any cream to remove those wounded marks ( one his forehead and lower lips there are stitching mark)...
What to do ? Please help ....!

I have seen your images your bother has pigmented and atrophic scars which means that they are depressed as compared to the normal skin .
Skin medicines will help in decreasing the dark skin but the scars might still show . So plastic surgery would be the best thing to go for. A scar revision would be of help to him in improving the appearance .
So you can see a good plastic surgeon for the same .
Till the time you plan to see one, you can apply kojivit cream twice a day over the dark scars . Thus will help in reducing the pigmentation .

Also it is very important to use a good medicated sunscreen all over the face every time before going out in the sun. This will prevent any further darkening of the scars. He can use suncros sunscreen or neutrogena spf 50 sunscreen.
