Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and need more details to provide natural line of treatment and management for your medical history:

1. Are they because of sudden weight gain or weight loss? ( please provide your weight)

2. Any use of medication (Steroids?) for any medical condition?

3. The management is mainly for the associated ANXIETY and from Cosmetic point of view since they are not harmful and do not cause any medical problem.

PS. Any opinion of Skin Specialist/Dermatologist taken?

1. Are they because of sudden weight gain or weight loss? No, it began developing from my mid-teens(started at my knee joints and later to my arms and back.
I weigh 60 kilos and height 5 ft 7 1/2 inches.
2. Any use of medication (Steroids?) for any medical condition? No steroids taken.

3. The management is mainly for the associated ANXIETY and from Cosmetic point of view since they are not harmful and do not cause any medical problem. - Yes, concerned if this condition will deteriorate if I ever tend to put on weight in future. The scars are not pleasing.

Any opinion of Skin Specialist/Dermatologist taken? No, not visited a skin specialist.

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle Management is more important

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. At your age (25),weight and height is ideal for the body structure.

2. Have an opinion/consultation with a Dermatologist for second opinion. ( laser/light therapy)

3. Reduce consumption of fats, sugar, salt, and preservatives and maintain hydration (plenty of fluids, unsweetened water, green tea for antioxidant properties)

4. Massage the skin in a CIRCULAR motion (helpful in stretching skin collagen and elastin),also exfoliation both causes removal of dead skin and improve blood circulation.

5. Use Aloe vera (whole plant), rather than available cream/lotion of the same in market. (stretch marks will take a little longer to disappear)

6. Ashwagandha churn: 1gm with honey and ghee.

. Sidha amrit ras: twice daily with cow's milk
. Brahmi vati : 2 at bed time.
