I read your query and understood your concerns. You are taking betablockers and diltiazem which is a combination of two drugs that affect heart rate. Interaction may occur which may cause bradycardia, faint and heart blocks.
I would suggest to switch to Bystolic with the minimal starting dose (half of 5mg pill) and raise the dose every 10 days till the wanted effect is achieved. This way interactions between bystolic and diltiazem is avoided.
