How To Test For Breast And Lung Cancer?
Considerations
Detailed Answer:
thanks for sending the question.
Right now we do not have any screening tests in the form of blood tests for breast cancer or lung cancer.
Regarding lymphoma sometimes abnormal complete blood count results can be seen and in some cases LDH or lactate dehydrogenase can be elevated.
The best screening test for breast cancer is usually a mammogram.
if someone is at high risk for lung cancer and annual chest x-ray or CT scan might be considered and this can be done through the primary care physician.
In the case of lymphoma again we do not usually do any type of screening for this and we rely on clinical examination to diagnose these conditions if they happen to occur.

Detailed Answer:
thanks again for the question.
Even with breast implants a mammogram can be done. Ultrasound may also be helpful. I would recommend that she discusses this with her doctor.
Regarding the lump in her neck and ultrasound also can be done for this to see if this is a swollen lymph node. If the lymph nodes appears large then her doctor may recommend a biopsy. Sometimes lymph nodes will swell in response to an infection.
For each of these things, I think a good discussion with her primary care doctor with a good physical examination is important.
